Once we have received your order, most items will be shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise specified. Add to Cart Simply place your order using our secure server. For an additional $2.50 we will provide you with an easy-to-assemble flat gift box with tissue paper, a seal, bow and gift card. For an additional $5.00 we will ship your item completely boxed with tissue paper, gift seal, handsome bow and gift card. All you have to do is sign your card! Taxes An 8.8 percent tax will be added to all orders in the State of Washington. According to the Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA), companies are required to collect sales tax only in those States where the company conducts business. You can still shop and purchase from Morganross.com even if you set your browser to disable cookies. RETURN POLICY Your satisfaction with our products is very important. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any item as long as it is in its original condition and with its original packaging. Morgan Ross offers a full refund, less shipping charges. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part. The returned merchandise will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the items. Return packages must be prepaid as we cannot accept c.o.d. deliveries. We suggest you use Insure Parcel Post or priority mail for return shipment. To return your item simply send an email item return notification to Morgan Ross, no later than 15 days after receipt of merchandise. We will then email you a return order number which must accompany the returned item. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us SHIPPING POLICY Morgan Ross can ship items anywhere in the United States. At present, we do not ship outside the United States. In most cases you will receive your goods within five days of placing your order. We ship by USPS Priority Mail. We also offer expedited delivery for those customers requiring delivery within two business days. This service is not available to certain PO boxes and some rural areas. For an additional $18.00 we will ship in-stock items within the U.S. by Second Day Air (two business day shipment. Place your order by 11:00 am Pacific Time so that we may ship your order same day. Please note that additional time should be allowed over holidays. Normal delivery to some rural areas may take longer. Delivery to post office boxes Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. boxes will be shipped via parcel post.
